Information: This type of hyaluronic acid filler is created through a chemical process that links hyaluronic acid filler molecules, forming a stable, cohesive gel. It is primarily used for aesthetic purposes.

Steps of nose augmentation surgery:
(1) Take an injection point at the root of the nose, inject the needle at an oblique Angle of about 45°, directly through the skin and muscle into the upper periosteum of the human (nasal dorsal fascia);
(2) Reduce the injection Angle, stick to the periosteal as far as possible to the direction of the nose;
(3) The filler was injected into the periosteum by a continuous linear injection with the right hand, and the skin on the back of the nose was pinched with the left hand, and shaped while feeling the injection dose;
(4) Stop injection when it is about 2mm at the needle hole to prevent the filling from entering the puncture tunnel and affecting the healing;
(5) Take another injection point at the head of the nose, and sneak the needle at an oblique Angle towards the nasal root close to the cartilage;
(6) After the injection cavity, the needle was slowly withdrawn and continuous linear injection was performed;
(7) A small amount of injection was performed to fill the subcutaneous area of the nasal head and nasal column with the needle insertion point as the center according to the patient’s condition;
(8) After pulling the needle, lift and press the shape, extrude the excess filler according to the situation, or inject a small amount of supplementary injection in the correction of unsatisfactory points.
Post-injection rhinoplasty care:
1. Tape the nose to avoid collision after operation.
2. Do not rub or blow your nose vigorously within two weeks after surgery.
3. The wound should be clean with sterile cotton swab and physiological salt water in the morning and evening, and apply ointment.
4. If the wound has redness, congestion, intense pain, should be returned as soon as possible.
